Our leadership team is comprised of investment banking professionals with decades of experience. We are also former business owners and operators that have been through the M&A process ourselves. Who we are not
- We are not a monolithic, "bulge bracket" Wall Street investment firm solely focused on large enterprises and the next "unicorn".

Our clients typically generate sales in the $10 – $200 million range OR expect to generate profits/earnings (adjusted for nonrecurring add-backs) in the $2 – $20 million range.
